We have been customers for a few years now. But unfortunately when it comes to support and problem solving they are deficient, their services continue to be all via email, even though we live in generation Z (quick and agile solutions) while the competition changes, modernizes, improves, offering services via email. WhatsApp, Telephone, Video Call, but this company still continues to respond via email, making it take longer and longer to resolve the problem. Right now, I'm without a system, their landline isn't working... I'm getting more and more tired... If it continues like this, I'm going to change my CRM, even if I have to restructure my entire automation again.
Somos clientes já alguns anos. Mas infelizmente quando se trata de suporte e resolução de problemas são deficitário, seus atendimentos cotinuam sendo tudo por e-mail, mesmo nós vivendo a geração Z (soluções rápidas e agil) emquanto isso a concorrência se modifica, moderniza, melhora, fazendo atendimentos pelo WhatsApp, Telefone, Video-Chamada, mas esta empresa ainda continua atendendo através de e-mail, fazendo demorar mais e mais pra resolver o problema. Agora mesmo, estou sem sistema, o telefone fixo deles não atendem... Cada vez mais cansado... Se continuar assim, vou mudar de CRM, nem que eu tenha que re-estruturar todo minha automação novamente.

Plataforma apresenta muitos erros, suporte é ágil, mas nem sempre resolve o foco do problema. Dashboard com dados que não correspondem à realidade das negociações, além de várias configurações sempre darem algum bug, como os fluxos de automação de marketing + integrações. O CS é ótimo, mas a plataforma precisa ser mais validada e testada.

Platform presents many errors, support is agile, but does not always resolve the focus of the problem. Dashboard with data that does not correspond to the reality of negotiations, in addition to several configurations always causing a bug, such as marketing automation flows + integrations. CS is great, but the platform needs to be further validated and tested.

The tool is excellent and better than international alternatives.
The tool is good, but it is full of problems. Importing new contacts always gives an error, the metrics don't work properly, because not all the responses we receive appear on the platform, among other errors and bugs.But the worst of all is the service. Now that's a zero rating! If you hire the tool, pray you don't need help. They take too long to respond to you and serve several people at the same time, meaning for every thing you say, it takes 5/10/15 minutes to get a response. I never spend less than 1 hour to solve even the simplest things.

The solution is incomplete and much more expensive than its international competitors.The idea of ​​the platform is good, and I would really like to see a national startup being a reference, but after 5 months of using Ramper, I feel frustrated with the platform's failures and also the delay in the response.The dashboard of Ramper's indicators was totally out of line with the real responses of potential leads, that is, if we only followed the Ramper platform, we would miss good opportunities, in addition to not knowing the actual result of the cadence.Frustrated with the lack of response, I found a solution on Snov.IO, and I managed to parameterize my account and create new cadences in the free version even before the Ramper team bothered to respond to my request.

The company's dynamics are under development, but there is no such transparency in hiring and we, the customers, bear the cost of the learning curve!We have already proven on several occasions where what RAMPER is committed to doing does not reflect the reality of the operation! When it works it is OK but most of the time there is no such effectiveness.Worse, we paid for the more "robust" plan to have better support and what we have is an endless knock on the part of the support always contradicting itself.I don't recommend it and we have important caveats to be solved
