CUIDADO!! Fiz uma contratação do sistema há alguns meses e revolvi cancelar o contrato. Aí vem o lado engraçado da história! Para eu cancelar o sistema, devo avisar com 3 meses de antecedência. Sim, senhoras e senhoras!! 3 meses = 90 dias e pagar a multa contratual.Isso que paguei set-up quando contratei. Então tomem cuidado antes de contratar um sistema deste. Leiam o contrato com atenção. Eles alegam que prezam pelo atendimento, mas não é isso que eles fazem. Inclusive, olhem o Reclame Aqui pq por lá as coisas não estão nada bem rsrs

Péssimo! Na hora de vender oferecem o sistema perfeito, é só começar a usar que o problema aparece! o principal que é detalhar o desconto que o representante coloca, na migração pro sistema integrado ( que me venderam como completo) nao aparece o desconto!!!Ou seja, venderam o famoso gato por lebre! Agora tenho que pagar mesmo sem usar por conta da multa!Triste e decepcionante! Perca de muitooo tempo para implementação e nao funcionar o principal para uma empresa!!!E naooo, vcs nao mostram no contrato e no escolpo pois desde o princípio eu deixei claro que tudo do mercos que vai pro bling tinha que ser 100% igual e ISSo que me venderam! E naoooo foi igual! Agora culpam o bling sendo que o erro ja começa que na Mercos NÃO calculam a porcentagem de desconto e no bling sim! Se vai errado do mercos sobe claro errado pro BLING! UMA FALHA inicial do MERCOS! Onde ja se viu meu representter q no ato da venda ficar calculando porcentagem item por item, sendo que no bling ja é automaticamente calculado! Não recomendo fazer negócio, dizem que integram com o ERP, assinam contrato, qnd vamos começar o processo é tudo terceirizado e ninguém fica responsável. O programador é terceirizado, quem vendeu fala que não tem nada a ver, o pós-venda fala que não tem o que fazer pq tem um contrato. Pra resumir, estamos protestados pela empresa, ngm consegue resolver, financeiro não tem telefone. Na hora de vender é tudo 100%, na hora de implementar não funciona e cada um que fala diz que tem que resolver com outro setor.

Somos cliente de muito tempo, já indicamos vários parceiros nosso para esta plataforma. O Sistema Mercos funciona muito bem, o castigo maior é conseguir falar com atendente "humano". Desde Fevereiro/22 estamos tentando fechar o B2B, mas infelizmente o atendimento é baixa qualidade por parte do atendente. Parece que só existe esse atendente Gustavo Soares. Péssimo feedback. Infelizmente, é triste, uma empresa com ótimos produtos, não dar atenção aos clientes. A muito tempo foi muito bem atendido pela Miriele, parece q não trabalha mais na empresa.

Gostei muito da plataforma, muito mesmo. Mas parece que é impossivel contratar os planos... falar com algum ser humano ? Impossivel!

Estou tentando contatar o suporte para o contrato do meu plano após o tempo expirado de teste e não consigo contato via telefone, email também sem respostas.

O sistema é muito bom! E agora com o E-commerce está um sucesso. O suporte ficou ruim na pandemia, mas agora voltou a ser muito bom.

Excelente atendimento! Responde em um minutinho e sempre esclarece às dúvidas.
Liguei para adquirir um plano e saber mais detalhes,mas depois de esperar mais de 45 minutos para ser atendido,DESISTI.
SOMOS DA CHEIRO DE CARRO AROMATIZANTES, usamos o sistema mercos a 7 anos, só elogios, sistema pratico ágil e super dinâmico, todas as solicitações ao suporte tanto chat quanto via telefone foram sempre bem atendidas... e nesse momento estamos fazendo algumas integrações com o sistema e vamos voar juntos... Em geral o sistema é excelente, mas tivemos um problema recente com a conta de um usuário, ao bloquear todos cadastro não tivemos como reverter, infelizmente o suporte só consegue localizar o usuário que fez, mas não reverter o problema, ficamos muito preocupado se acontecer um erro e excluir todos os clientes das carteiras, certeza que não vão conseguir resolver, poderiam ter no mínimo um back up para utilizar caso acontece alguma erro por parte dos usuário.

Péssimo, para quem precisa falar com eles por telefone, desiste pois ninguém atende, mais de 1:30 esperando, caso a pessoa tenha alguma dúvida ao contratar não deve ter suporte.
