Bad experience, they suffered a hacker attack and caused huge losses to customers and even so they want to charge a fine for cancellation. I do not recommend.

Poor company security. Suffered 2 hacker attacks in 4 months leaving several cloud servers offline impacting sales of more than 30 companies.
The company did not comply with the contracts, unstable environments crashed all the time, the performance of our internal servers was much higher than cloud services and they promised an environment with twice the capacity of ours.We have dedicated links and dedicated environments, it's a shame that VMS only gives an alert about low memory and low disk, or simply as I'm doing now at 11:00 pm, calling there because all the servers are out because they have a problem with the storage, not to mention when they caught Ransomware in their environments because of their own security breach. And we didn't make any money for a whole day. And they didn’t have an effective disaster recovery plan.For a company of this size, the infrastructure and security is a disgrace. And the support and service process is very slow. Only when we call and fight a lot that improves performance from one week to the next is it the same soap opera.Main ProblemsSlowness in the environmentAccess issuesLittle disk and little memory daily alerts and they do nothing.Broker does not connect or login failsWhen the problem is hours without access to the environmentSupport is slow and technicians don't come out of the box.

Empresa não cumpri com os contratos , ambientes instáveis cai toda hora , performe dos nossos servidores internos eram muito superiores do que os serviços da nuvem e prometeram um ambiente com o dobro da capacidade no nosso.Temos links dedicados e ambientes dedicados , é uma vergonha vms só dando alerta de pouca memoria e pouco disco, ou simplesmente como estou fazendo agora as 23:00 ligando lá pois todos os servidores estão fora pois estão com um problema no storage, sem contar quando pegaram Ransonware nos ambientes por causa de falha de segurança deles mesmos. E ficamos sem faturar um dia todo. E não tinham um plano de disaster recovery efetivo.Para uma empresa desse porte a infraestrutura e segurança está uma vergonha. E o processo de suporte e atendimento é muito moroso. Só quando ligamos e brigamos um monte que melhoram a performance por uma semana na outra já é a mesma novela.Principais ProblemasLentidão no ambienteProblemas de acessoPouco disco e pouca memoria alertas diários e não fazem nada.Broker não conecta ou falha de logonQuando da problema é horas sem acesso ao ambienteSuporte é moroso e técnicos não saem da caixinha.

Unstable Cloud Server. In a short time, we have already had several occurrences of falls (even having hired the dedicated one) with an average delay of 3 to 4 hours for a solution, and the service is slow and without justification because of so much inconsistency. So far we are having a TERRIBLE experience!!!
